Craig Goettler
Operations Manager
Craig Goettler joined the team at One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning 3 years ago. A graduate of the University of Guelph, Craig began his career installing furnaces and air conditioners before becoming a customer service representative. In 2008, One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning presented an opportunity for him to become the dispatcher for our service technicians. Currently, Craig's duty as operations manager has him focusing on delivering fast and efficient service while managing his great staff of technicians and installers. Craig thoroughly enjoys delivering the best value and service to the thousands of customers One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning has the privilege of serving.



Jeremy Hetherington, CA
General Manager
Jeremy joined the organization in 2005 and was promoted to General Manager of Air Quality's One Hour in 2008.
